JOA in the community

JOA supports many non-profit and charitable organizations and causes in our community. We also encourage employees to volunteer their time to contribute on boards or committees in the community. Together, we work purposefully and drive action to make a lasting impact on those around us.

Community involvement driven by JOA employees

JOA has empowered a cross-functional group of employees to represent our employee population and make decisions how we can best serve the needs of Sheboygan County. These dedicated employees enjoy working with community groups who are making a difference in our area. The Employee Committee promotes these events to ensure maximum JOA participation and support. It’s a win-win for both JOA employees and the greater Sheboygan area.
